Hugh Hayes - Florida Probate Rules Committee
Hugh Hayes was appointed to the Florida Probate Rules Committee, which drafts, reviews, and proposes procedural guidelines for the administration of decedents' estates, trusts, and guardianships in Florida courts. Hugh Hayes is the longest-serving judge in Florida history and serves as a Supreme Court and Florida Middle District certified mediator, qualified arbitrator, and special master to select clients.
Kellie Humphries - Construction Law Certification Committee
Kellie Humphries was appointed to the Construction Law Certification Committee, which manages the board certification process for construction attorneys. She leads Gunster's Construction Law practice, advising clients participating in a multitude of project delivery methods and across industry sectors, including corporate owners, design-builders, EPC contractors, joint ventures, and general contractors.
Elizabeth Mabry - Journal/News Editorial Board Committee
Liz Mabry was appointed to the Journal/News Editorial Board Committee, which oversees editorial content and publications for The Florida Bar. She previously served on the committee as chair for the 2022–23 term. Liz focuses her practice on commercial transactions, corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, and environmental services.
Luna Phillips - State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice (SFGAP) Board Certification Committee
Luna Phillips was appointed to the SFGAP Board Certification Committee, which oversees board certification standards for attorneys practicing in state and federal government and administrative law. Luna leads Gunster's Environmental practice and practices exclusively in the area of water and natural resources law before state and federal agencies.
Greg Schwinghammer - Business Litigation Certification Committee
Greg Schwinghammer was appointed to the Business Litigation Certification Committee, which oversees board certification standards for attorneys practicing business litigation. Greg has also served as a commissioner for the judicial nominating process in Florida since 2012. His practice focuses on high-stakes, complex litigation, including toxic tort claims, consumer and environmental class actions, complex business, real estate and breach of contract cases, deceptive trade practice claims, and high-profile discrimination claims.
