Overview
Liz Mabry focuses her practice on commercial transactions, corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, and environmental services (solid waste, special waste, recycling, and renewable energy, including landfill gas-to-energy projects). She regularly advises clients in connection with both everyday and strategic business and corporate matters.
Liz was previously associate counsel at a healthcare SaaS company, where she supported a national sales team and advised on general and HIPAA-related compliance matters. Prior to that, she served as assistant general counsel at a privately held internet software development company, where she was responsible for monitoring legislative and regulatory developments for compliance with law, maintaining its online brand presence and addressing third-party infringement, records retention, contracts management, and human resources related issues.
In her free time, Liz enjoys reading, visiting museums and libraries, traveling, attempting to learn new languages, and attending lectures on unfamiliar topics.
