Frank A. Florio

Overview

Frank Anthony Florio is a shareholder in Gunster’s business litigation practice group. As a trial attorney, he represents clients in the courtroom through every stage of a case. Frank also represents clients as soon as risk arises. Once a problem reveals itself to a client, Frank advocates for his clients’ interests presuit to negotiate favorable solutions.

As a former Division 1 baseball player, Frank understands the roles that focus, perseverance, and teamwork play in accomplishing goals. He brings those attributes to every case with a goal of serving the client’s best interests and serving the legal profession at large. During his time as a litigator, Frank has represented clients in commercial, contract, partnership, and property disputes.

Foundationally, Frank views the practice of law as a service profession, which influences how he approaches each individual client and how he dedicates his time outside of the practice of law by serving his family and those in need in his community.
