Florio noted that the migration of companies and individuals to the region is generating legal needs from contract disputes and employment issues to regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and multijurisdictional strategy with finance and real estate as key drivers.
Looking ahead, Florio's focus remains on early problem-solving. "A lot of the best outcomes happen before litigation ever starts," he said. "The long-term focus is on helping clients solve problems, grow, and make decisions that support where they want to go next."
