Gia focuses on estate planning, wealth transfer planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax matters. Her practice centers on designing and implementing comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client's personal objectives, family dynamics, and long-term goals. She also advises clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, including techniques designed to minimize federal gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
Smith earned her LL.M. in Taxation and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as a Research Editor for the Florida Law Review. She received her B.S. in Accounting, cum laude, from Florida State University.
