Gunster's Derek Bruce, Litigation AttorneyDerek Bruce, the Orlando Office Managing Shareholder, represents clients in state and local government procurement matters, including bid protest litigation, competitive solicitations, contract negotiation, contract implementation and contract disputes. He also represents clients in civil litigation and administrative law proceedings before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings involving state and local government procurement and contracting issues. Bruce’s practice also includes civil litigation matters, property tax matters, land use challenges, zoning and comprehensive planning cases, and legal and lobbying representation for clients in Florida’s medical marijuana regulatory framework.


Gunster's Andrew Wieseneck, Trust and Estate AttorneyAndrew Wieseneck, a shareholder in Gunster’s West Palm Beach office, is a member of the firm’s Private Wealth Services practice. He assists clients with the establishment of estate plans, including wills, revocable trusts and powers of attorney and counsels clients on advanced estate planning techniques such as spousal lifetime access trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships and sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts.
