Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that attorney Luciana Hornung has joined the firm's Immigration practice in Tallahassee.
Hornung counsels employers of all sizes across diverse industries on the full spectrum of business immigration matters, including temporary work and business visitor visas, treaty and multinational executive/manager categories, and employment-based permanent residence strategies. Prior to joining Gunster, she previously managed high-volume corporate immigration portfolios at a global mobility firm and served as Associate General Counsel at Florida State University. She began her career in humanitarian and removal defense and, having lived in the United States, Peru, and Canada, brings practical insight and strategic perspective to the U.S. immigration challenges facing today’s employers.
Hornung earned her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law and her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
