Stephen is an international tax attorney practicing in the firm’s Miami office. Stephen’s practice focuses on helping high-net worth individuals, companies, family offices, fiduciaries, and investors solve complex cross-border tax issues. Stephen’s practice includes structuring foreign investment into the United States, preimmigration planning, and developing and implementing efficient succession mechanisms for multinational families.

With a foundation in both Big Four accounting and boutique law firms, Stephen brings a multidisciplinary perspective to complex tax issues affecting cross-border families, closely held businesses, and high net-worth individuals. Stephen is a past president of the Greater Miami Tax Institute and a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Stephen is licensed to practice in Florida, Washington D.C., and Wyoming.
