Overview

As the firm's staff recruiter, Shannon Fennell is responsible for the recruiting of non-lawyer positions firm wide. She partners with firm leadership to fill roles strategically, ensuring each hire strengthens the firm's goals, values, and culture.

Shannon joined Gunster's HR & Attorney Recruiting teams in 2023. In her initial role, Shannon supported the new hire integration as well as law student and lateral hire recruiting. Her background in HR operations, coupled with her exposure to attorney recruiting, gives her a unique perspective on identifying talent that strengthens the firm at every level across various departments.

Prior to joining the firm, Shannon graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Outside of the office, you can find Shannon on a plane exploring her favorite places.
