Overview
Mike Giraud serves as Gunster’s Conflicts Counsel and is primarily responsible for identifying and resolving potential conflicts of interest. He advises attorneys and staff regarding ethical obligations and works closely with the firm’s General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel and Ethics Counsel to address conflicts issues.
Mike is a West Palm Beach native and received his undergraduate degree and law degree from Florida State University. He was admitted to practice in Florida in 2009.
