Overview
As Gunster's Attorney Integration Manager, Landon is responsible for ensuring that every attorney who joins the firm contributes early and stays for the long term. Landon’s clients are the firm’s attorneys: he serves as the central point of contact for integration, working alongside practice group and administrative leaders to help new attorneys experience a coordinated network of support, build relationships, expand visibility, and achieve success at Gunster from day one.
His approach is personal in delivery and systematic in design. Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation about the attorney’s professional goals, practice, and priorities. From there, Landon creates a tailored integration strategy that helps newly hired attorneys build meaningful relationships, navigate the firm effectively, and establish a strong foundation for long-term success. With Landon’s guidance and experience, Gunster continues to enhance its attorney integration efforts, creating a seamless experience that supports collaboration, connection, and long-term success.
Landon brings a rare combination of legal training and organizational leadership to the role. Before joining Gunster, he served as Director of the Centers and Institutes Management Office at Georgetown University Law Center. In addition, he has earned his J.D. from Georgetown Law, where he later completed an LL.M. in National and Global Health Law.
