Overview
Jessica Shapiro represents high-net-worth individuals, developers, and investors on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Florida. Notably, she is a trusted advisor who has handled multi-million-dollar projects, including the development, financing, acquisition, and sale of planned communities, luxury condominiums, office buildings, marinas, and large residential estates.
Jessica began her career as an attorney for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and advanced her legal practice at prominent national and global law firms, including an accomplished tenure at Gunster before returning in 2025. Prior to rejoining the firm, she served as vice president and brokerage manager of Sotheby’s International Realty’s operations in Palm Beach County.
Jessica earned her B.A. in architecture at Yale University and received her J.D. with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Her background in architecture and urban planning allows her to tailor personalized real estate solutions to each client.
In her free time, Jessica serves on the board of directors for the Yale Club of the Palm Beaches and the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce. A former member of the Yale Women’s Varsity Golf Team, Jessica still enjoys spending time on the links and competes in USGA and state-wide events.
