Overview
Benjamin Kennedy is an associate in Gunster's Real Property practice group. He represents clients in a broad variety of real estate transactions including the acqusition, financing, construction, development, leasing, and disposition of commercial and residential properties.
Benjamin is a native South Floridian who began his legal career in Gunster's West Palm Beach office in 2021 before transitioning in 2023 to New York City to work for 3650 Capital, a commercial real estate lending and investment firm. He rejoined Gunster in 2026 in the firm's Miami office.
Benjamin earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami where he served as a Staff Editor for the University of Miami Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He also earned a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
