Overview

Based in the firm's Miami office, Andrea Burgos brings nearly two decades of experience as a paralegal in employment-based immigration law, helping corporations and individuals navigate the complex process of securing work authorization and permanent residence in the United States. She partners closely with attorneys, human resources teams, and business leaders to develop practical immigration strategies that align with organizational goals and support employee mobility.

Andrea's practice focuses on Labor Certification (PERM), multinational executive and manager visa petitions, and applications for permanent residence. She has worked across large, mid-size, and boutique law firm environments, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how to manage high-volume caseloads while delivering individualized attention to each client's matter. Her experience also includes serving as Assistant Manager, Legal Affairs within a Fortune 500 General Counsel's Office, where she partnered with legal teams and business units on immigration strategy and global workforce planning.

Andrea is known for her hands-on approach and commitment to providing each case with the care and attention necessary to meet client needs and expectations.
