Overview
Aisha A. Jehaludi is a Business Litigation attorney in the Miami office. Aisha focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters.
Aisha graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she simultaneously earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Arbitration. During law school, she served as Executive Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review, member of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board, and executive board member of the Caribbean Law Students Association. Aisha gained two semesters of practical experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to law school, Aisha received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Legal Studies and Business Administration Management from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with honors in major for her legal research. During her undergraduate studies, she worked in construction litigation and arbitration as a law clerk, served as Academic Affairs Director for the Undergraduate Student Government Association, and competed as a member of the mock trial team.
Born and raised in South Florida, Aisha is passionate about serving the legal needs of the community she calls home.
