Gunster’s Zach Jacobson was recently featured across a wide range of Florida television, radio, and online outlets for his Benjamin Franklin artifact collection. The coverage highlights the exhibit, "Benjamin Franklin: Creating an American Icon," which opened on July 6 at the Historical Society of Palm Beach County and runs through August 31 in honor of America's 250th anniversary. The collection features more than 120 items owned by Zach and his brother, including Franklin's grandfather clock, original portraits, medallions, and books printed by or about Franklin.
In an interview about the exhibit, Jacobson explained why he hopes families will visit: "I think it would be great to have people bring kids out. To learn about the founding era from documents from that time, you really get to see what the founders were thinking, why they included certain language in our founding documents."
