Gunster shareholder Javier L. Vazquez was recently featured in the South Florida Business Journal for his role in securing Miami Lakes Town Council approval for a 541-unit apartment development on behalf of long-time client The Graham Companies. Javi guided the developer through a complex rezoning process, navigating the site's history and negotiating a $1.56 million community contribution to the town. As he told the Business Journal: "The Grahams have always developed responsibly in Miami Lakes and believed this was the best solution for the property."
With 541 apartments and 960 parking spaces, the project will have 14 buildings, ranging from three to five stories, plus a whole slate of amenities.
