This year's recognition marks the firm’s 10th straight appearance on the prestigious roster, including a ranking among the Top Largest Companies.
The annual program, administered by Florida Trend in partnership with Workforce Research Group and endorsed by the HR Florida State Council, evaluates employers through a two-part process. First, an independent review of each participant’s culture, benefits, policies, and demographics is conducted. The second component is a confidential employee survey designed to measure engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with organizational values. Composite scores determine the final rankings across small, medium, and large employer categories.
