Recently, a Gunster team led by attorneys Joseph Chase and Cole Jackson represented the sellers in connection with the sale of South Florida-based Hi-Tech Roofing & Sheetmetal, Inc. to PAX Services Group. PAX is a portfolio company of New State Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm.
