Gunster Real Property co-chair and shareholder Brian Seymour has been named to Palm Beach Illustrated's 2026 "Palm Beach 100." The annual list recognizes influential leaders whose vision, leadership, and service continue to shape the business, civic, and cultural landscape of Palm Beach County. Seymour's inclusion reflects not only his distinguished legal career and impact on the region's growth and development, but also his longstanding commitment to community leadership and public service.
Seymour represents land owners and developers in matters of land use, zoning, comprehensive planning and environmental resource permitting, as well as eminent domain, land use and constitutional property rights litigation. Brian is committed to his community, serves many local organizations, including the Palm Beach County Business Development Board, where he served as immediate past chair, Chambers of Commerce, The Economic Council of Palm Beach County. He currently serves as the chair of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.
