On June 6, 2025, Gunster shareholder Holly Goodman will speak at the Palm Beach County Bar Association's (PBCBA) CLE presentation titled "Whistleblowers & Qui Tam Actions." Holly will deliver introductory remarks and present on the topic "Whistleblower Retaliation Cases, Defendant’s Perspective." Holly serves as the chair of the PBCBA's Employment Law CLE Committee which is hosting the event with the PBCBA's Civil Practice Committee.
As a shareholder in Gunster's Employment Law practice group, Holly Griffin Goodman focuses her practice on counseling clients, from small businesses to large institutions, in everyday employment matters. Starting with the hiring process through discipline and termination, Holly’s goal is to help businesses manage their employees, and balance the interests of the business with obligations under federal, state, and local employment laws.
