On February 11, JAMS and Jus Mundi are hosting a mock arbitration hearing exploring 
if institutions can rely on AI to select arbitrators or whether they risk bias and eroding trust. The hearing-style event will share perspectives both advocating for and opposing AI-assisted arbitrator selection. There will also be a three-member tribunal examining both positions.
