Greg Munson and Mike Petrovich, both shareholders in Gunster's Environmental & Land Use practice group, will be presenters at the Florida Association for Water Quality Control (FAWQC) 2025 Annual Conference.  Gunster will be a sponsor of the conference taking place June 4-6, 2025, at the Naples Grande Beach Resort. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear updates on important state and federal regulatory issues, timely presentations on critical Florida water issues and agendas and network with key representatives of industry, regulatory agencies, environmental law firms, consultants, and vendors.

Greg Munson

Greg Munson is a shareholder with the firm and represents regulated industries in the industrial, agricultural, mining, and utility sectors in all areas of state and federal environmental law. He represents clients before Florida’s executive branch agencies, the state’s water management districts, the Division of Administrative Hearings, the Florida governor and cabinet, EPA, and the Florida Legislature.


Mike Petrovich

With more than three decades of experience in environmental law, Michael (Mike) Petrovich’s practice is primarily focused on solid and hazardous waste regulation, real property contamination investigation and cleanup, including application of risk-based corrective action principles, environmental due diligence and related considerations associated with the transfer of contaminated properties, Brownfield Redevelopment and pollutant storage tank regulation.
