This past year, Gunster's Information Governance and Privacy team, Tom Corey, Cricket Wood, Lisa Lukaszewski and Will Davis, travelled across the country with ARMA to speak on information governance topics
ranging from artificial intelligence to bridging the gap between IT and records.

Tom works to assist organizations with their information governance, privacy, and artificial intelligence governance programs. Tom takes a complex array of laws, regulations, and requirements and strives to create policies, procedures, and programs that are easy to understand, implement, and monitor. Tom has worked with a wide variety of industries, including those associated with the automotive industry, banking, consumer products, entertainment, financial services, gaming, government advocacy, hospitality, insurance, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, religious organizations, software developers, and telecommunications.

Will has had the opportunity to assist his clients with a variety of data privacy, information governance, and eDiscovery challenges. These challenges often involve both international and domestic data privacy and security laws and guidelines/standards, marketing communication laws, and/or complex regulatory frameworks. He understands the importance of robust collaboration, specifically when tackling data privacy, information governance, and eDiscovery-related issues. Will is dedicated to fostering collaboration across organizational departments to help manage company and stakeholder-specific interests and help address any challenges that may arise.

Cricket is an Information Governance Analyst who strives to serve clients with excellent technology skills and a keen ability to manage a portfolio of projects across many industries. Cricket has extensive experience assisting clients with managing the information lifecycle from creation through defensible disposition, implementing data retention policies and strategies, analyzing and improving information governance and eDiscovery processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk and cost, and assessing legal and regulatory risks associated with onboarding and offboarding new technology platforms.
