Overview
As Director of eDiscovery Operations, Harriet works closely with Gunster’s eDiscovery Practice Group leaders to streamline and optimize the team’s operations. This includes reporting and dashboard creation, process improvements and automation, and increasing operational efficiencies. Harriet has over a decade of experience in the legal field, including process mapping and improvement, project and program management, workflow and document automation, and legal technology implementations. She’s passionate about using data to drive decisions and highlight organizational needs. Harriet works closely with practice group and organizational leaders to establish and drive strategy, and to identify opportunities to improve business performance. Prior to joining Gunster, Harriet was a Director of Legal Operations for a corporate real estate company, and has served in process- and project-management capacities at previous firms.
Harriet is an active ILTA member and volunteer, speaking on and moderating panels and sessions related to workflow and document automation, culture building, cross-organizational collaboration, and silo busting. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Her hobbies include running and hiking, reading and buying books, practicing German, Dutch, and Spanish, and going to concerts.
