Gunster shareholder James R. Williams Jr. was recently featured in the South Florida Business Journal for his work representing Manna Capital in the development of Yuka Park, a 651,884-square-foot, five-story multi-story warehouse with industrial, retail, and office space planned for the site of the Signature Inn Miami just east of Doral.

As James noted, "In response to recent and prospective tariffs, as well as a renewed emphasis on domestic production, companies are increasingly repositioning manufacturing and assembly operations back into the United States, thereby heightening the demand for warehousing and distribution infrastructure."
