In a recent segment with NBC-affiliate WPTV, Gunster's Brian Seymour commented on Palm Beach County’s push to attract New York businesses through new Times Square billboards—a campaign from the Business Development Board, amplifying the county's growing brand as “Wall Street South."

Speaking to the campaign’s timing in the wake of New York City mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani, Seymour noted that the “Mamdani effect may or may not be real,” but emphasized it’s top of mind for decision-makers considering relocation. He underscored that “Wall Street South, it's for real, and it's not stopping,” signaling sustained interest from financial and corporate players in moving operations to Palm Beach County.
