Florida Tax Institute LogoOn February 6, Shareholder Matthew Scheer will be presenting "Building at 30,000 Feet: Structuring Family Offices and Family Trust Companies" at the Florida Tax Institute. This presentation will address the nuts and bolts of putting together a family office and family trust company, covering estate planning, tax planning, and securities considerations, as well as some of the "softer" issues that families and their professional advisers encounter.

The three-day Florida Tax Institute features programming delivered by nationally recognized speakers devoted to individual income tax, entity tax, and estate/gift tax. Matt is on the board of directors for the Florida Tax Institute.
