Gunster is looking to add a transactional securities shareholder (partner) in one of its growing south Florida offices.  We are interested in finding someone whose experience includes corporate securities, public company representation, primary and secondary public and private securities offerings, private equity investments, and corporate acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures, and SEC compliance matters.  Beyond practice experience Gunster is seeking an attorney looking to grow their practice in a thriving environment.  Practice may be located in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach.
