Gunster Yoakley attorneys understand the real estate business inside and out. The foundation of the Firm's practice since its inception has been the representation of institutional and individual land interests. Our attorneys know real estate, understand what drives the market, and are able to respond quickly and proficiently to client challenges and prospects. But what really sets us apart is our experience in every facet of the real estate practice from zoning and planning to financing, development, acquisitions and sales. Our comprehensive experience has allowed us to establish unique practice areas such as leisure and resorts, urban development and land use that allow us to innovatively service clients as they navigate through project complexities.
