Land Use
The Land Use practice group at Gunster Yoakley provides
comprehensive legal counsel to clients navigating through the broad range
of issues that arise out of a complicated and always changing matrix
of local, state and federal land use and environmental regulations. Florida
has an elaborate permitting system which often requires local, regional
and state approvals before development permits can be issued. Overlaying
the state system is the complex federal regulatory scheme. Gunster Yoakley's
Land Use attorneys have extensive backgrounds in representation before
government agencies and in judicial and administrative litigation. Our
attorneys have represented various business developers, agricultural
interests, landowners and individuals in federal and state courts and
administrative arenas. We focus on each client's individual needs to
meet development goals or to identify, define and prevent current and
future liability.
