WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (August 6, 2014) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that Michael Mitrione, a shareholder based in its West Palm Beach office, has been reappointed to the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce’s Executive Committee for 2014-15. Mitrione has served on the committee since 2007.
Michael V. Mitrione will serve on the 2014-15 executive committee of the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce.
The chamber’s executive committee is comprised of senior-level business professionals who discuss issues of communitywide importance in Palm Beach County and the state of Florida, including affordable housing, business development, education, health care, insurance, taxes, transportation, political strategy and corporate giving.
Mitrione is also a current member of the chamber’s board of directors.
At Gunster, Mitrione co-chairs the firm’s securities and corporate governance practice. He focuses his law practice on mergers and acquisitions; private equity and venture capital transactions; corporate finance and securities; joint ventures and partnerships; financial institutions; and licensing and sports representation.
