GUNSTER YOAKLEY ATTORNEY FABIENNE FAHNESTOCK NAMED TO THE
PLANNED GIVING COUNCIL OF THE BROWARD CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS
Ft. Lauderdale, FL (October 3, 2006) – Fabienne Fahnestock, an attorney with the law firm of Gunster Yoakley, has become a member of the Planned Giving Council of the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. The Broward Center depends on contributions for its continuation and encourages gifts such as charitable trusts, bequests, insurance programs and life estate contracts through its Planned Giving Council. The Council is composed of highly respected legal and financial professionals from the community.

Fahnestock is a member of the Gunster Yoakley Litigation Department.
