West Palm Beach, Fla.  — Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest business law firms, is pleased to welcome Elaine Bucher as a shareholder. Bucher will join the firm’s private wealth services practice and be based in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.

Bucher brings extensive experience to Gunster’s private wealth services practice focusing on wills, trusts and estates, concentrating in the areas of sophisticated estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues, as well as fiduciary litigation and trust and estate administration.

Bucher is Florida Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates and is a fellow and Florida chair-elect of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A. with honors from Washington University.
