Gunster, Florida’s law firm for business, is pleased to announce that Gabriel Caballero joined the Miami office as an associate. Caballero focuses his practice on banking and financial services.
Caballero brings extensive knowledge in Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering, commercial lending, secured transactions, international law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. He has served as associate general counsel and Assistant Vice President at Banco Santander International, a private banking subsidiary of Banco Santander, S.A.. Prior to joining Gunster he worked with Avila Rodriguez Hernandez Mena & Ferri, LLP.
Caballero earned his M.B.A from the University of Florida, his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law and his B.B.A from Florida International University.
