Amy Brigham BoulrisGunster, Florida’s law firm for business, is pleased to announce that Amy Brigham Boulris joined the firm as a shareholder in its Environmental and Land Use practice in the Miami office.  Her practice focuses on the defense of property rights in the context of eminent domain, inverse condemnation, property-related civil rights claims, and related land-use litigation.

Prior to joining Gunster, Boulris was a partner at Brigham Moore and head of its appellate practice.  She is active at all levels of state and federal courts of appeal, in addition to her property rights work.

The addition of Boulris to Gunster bolsters the firm’s eminent domain and property rights litigation practice and reunites Boulris with her former Brigham Moore colleagues, John W. Little, III, Juan Muñiz, and Annette Lopez, also working within property rights and land use litigation at Gunster.

Boulris is highly awarded, including honors such as named one of the “Top Fifty Women Lawyers in Florida,” by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2007 and she holds the highest ranking with Martindale-Hubbell for legal skill and professional ethics. Boulris has also been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer, named in The Best Lawyers in America®, included in Florida Trend’s Legal Elite Hall of Fame and in South Florida Legal Guide as a Top Lawyer.

Boulris earned her J.D. from Florida the University of Miami, cum laude and a B.A. from Wheaton College, cum laude.
