Gunster Shareholder Martin Press Appointed to Nova Southeastern University Board of Trustees
Martin R. Press, an equity shareholder at the Fort Lauderdale offices of Gunster, Florida’s Law Firm for Business, has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of Nova Southeastern University (NSU). Press focuses his practice on federal and state tax controversies, taxation law, international tax law and estate planning.
Press served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Shepard Broad Law Center at NSU for more than 15 years. As Chairman, he became a liaison for the law school with the University Trustees. Last month, Press retired as Chairman and was succeeded by Judge Melanie May, an NSU Law School graduate, of the 4th District County Appeals.
