From the North (Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, etc.):

• Take I-95 to Biscayne Blvd./Brickell Ave. exit (#2A).
• Go straight (east) to 2nd light.  Turn left onto SE 3rd Ave.
• Go two blocks; turn right onto SE 1st St.  One Biscayne Tower parking garage is on the left.

OR

• Take Biscayne Blvd. south past Flagler St. (“O” St.) to SE 2nd St.  Turn right.
• Make the first right onto SE 3rd Ave. and the next right onto SE 1st St.  One Biscayne Tower parking garage is on the left.

From Miami International Airport:

• Take airport exit to State Road 836; take SR 836 east to I-95 south.
• Exit I-95 at the Biscayne Blvd./Brickell Ave. exit (#2A).
• Go straight (east) to 2nd light; turn left onto SE 3rd Ave.
• Go two blocks; turn right onto SE 1st St.  One Biscayne Tower parking garage is on the left.

From the South (Kendall, Coral Gables, etc.):

• Take South Dixie Hwy. north to I-95.
• Exit I-95 at Biscayne Blvd./Downtown exit (#2A).
• Go straight (east) to 2nd light; turn left onto SE 3rd Ave.
• Go two blocks; turn right onto SE 1st St.  One Biscayne Tower parking garage is on the left.

After-hours Parking Procedure for Clients/Visitors:  Parking is available in the One Biscayne Tower parking garage and in the SunTrust garage next door.  Valet parking is not available, but we do validate client/visitor parking for either garage.  Upon your arrival, see the receptionist to validate all parking tickets up until 6 p.m.  After 6 p.m., an attorney or staff member may write the company name and his or her name on the back of the ticket.
