GUNSTER YOAKLEY ATTORNEY FABIENNE FAHNESTOCK NAMED
VICE CHAIR OF DIVERSITY COMMITTEE FOR REAL PROPERTY,
PROBATE AND TRUST LAW SECTION OF THE FLORIDA BAR
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. — Fabienne Fahnestock, an attorney with the law firm of Gunster Yoakley, was named vice chair of the Diversity Committee for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. In accepting this position, Fahnestock is also appointed a member of the Executive Council for the section.
“I am pleased to be part of this important committee and to provide additional insight into the diversity initiatives of the Florida Bar,” said Fahnestock. “I will be working with various attorneys to help the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section recognize the needs and concerns of a varied population.”
Fahnestock is a member of the Gunster Yoakley Litigation Department. She is involved with many professional organizations including the Broward County Bar Association and the Broward County Women Lawyers Association. Fahnestock is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District and the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Ninth and Eleventh Circuits. In addition to being a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section she is also a member of the Appellate Practice section of the Florida Bar.
Fahnestock is also a member of the board of directors for the Jack & Jill Children’s Center.
