H. William Perry, managing shareholder of Gunster and a member of its real estate practice, was named to two different “Power Leader” lists published by the South Florida Business Journal.
The Top 100 Power Leaders list was published on January 31, 2014, to honor executives with fresh ideas and incredible business acuity. These top players continue to shape the thriving South Florida business community.
The Power Leaders in Law & Accounting was published on May 23, 2014, to honor those who have made notable contributions in their area of expertise.
For both lists, honorees are leaders in their industries in the growing South Florida market. All were selected by SFBJ editors.
Perry has won a multitude of awards,including being named one of the Best Lawyers in America from 2009 to present, and CEO of the Year by the South Florida Business Journal in 2009. Perry works out of Gunster’s West Palm Beach office and focuses his law practice on complex commercial transactions, real estate development and finance, homeowner associations and condominiums, and mining and construction law.
