Gunster attorney Martin Press joins NPR discussion on what millionaires pay in taxes
Now that Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney has released his tax returns, experts in the area of tax law are being asked for their comments on how U.S. tax rates work.
Jennifer Collins of American Public Media’s Marketplace Morning Report interviewed longtime Florida tax attorney Martin Press of Gunster’s Fort Lauderdale office.
Among the interesting findings, Collins reports, are that the working rich fall into the highest tax bracket of all, with some being taxed as much as 35 percent.
