Gunster In The News

Goodman’s asset maneuver either ‘brilliant’ or ‘crazy stunt’ Gunster attorney John Moran tells ABC News

Watch the John Moran WPBF channel 25 interview now.
Shareholder John Moran of Gunster’s private wealth services practice was interviewed by ABC television about the latest asset-protection maneuver in the civil case against Florida polo mogul John Goodman.
Goodman has legally adopted his 42-year-old girlfriend in a move widely seen as an effort to protect his assets before his March civil and criminal trials in connection with the Feb. 12, 2010 crash that killed 23-year-old Scott Patrick Wilson.
“Folks in the legal community are looking at this as, it’s either brilliant or it’s a crazy stunt that can backfire,” Moran told wpbf channel 25 reporter Ted White.
