Office of Foreign Assets Control Amends the Cuban Assets Control Regulations

Yesterday, the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") issued a final rule to amend the Cuban Assets Control Regulations ("Regulations") in three major areas: family visits, family remittances and telecommunications ("Final Rule").
