OFAC Issues Belarus Sanctions Regulations

On February 3, 2010, the Office of Foreign Assets Control issued a Final Rule to add part 548, the Belarus Sanctions Regulations to Title 31 of the Code of Federal Regulations and implement Executive Order 13405, "Blocking Property of Certain Persons Undermining Democratic Processes or Institutions in Belarus."
