Federal Reserve Proposed Rules: Incentive Compensation

On October 22, 2009, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve sent out for comment two new supervisory initiatives designed to ensure that incentive compensation arrangements do not encourage banking organization employees to take excessive risk.
