The Uban Land Institute – Southeast Florida/Caribbean will hold its annual Vision Awards dinner in Miami on Wednesday evening, August 27.
The Vision Awards honor individuals and real estate projects from the region that exemplify ULI’s mission and demonstrate a proactive commitment to excellence.
Among the honorees in 2014:
- Lifetime Achievement Award: Legacy of visionary developer Tony Goldman and his firm, Goldman Properties.
- Young Leaders of the Year: Andrew Frey, the development manager at CC Residential, and Nitin Motwani, a managing principal at Miami Worldcenter Group.
- Project of the Year: The finalists are Broadstone North Boca Village (Boca Raton), Lincoln Theatre Redevelopment (Miami Beach), Perez Art Museum (Miami), Pompano Beach Streetscape and Dune Enhancement (Pompano Beach), The Gale South Beach & Regent Hotel (Miami Beach).
- Project on the Rise: This new award gives ULI members the chance to vote on their favorite project currently under construction (between breaking ground and certificate of occupancy). Email your vote to [email protected].
