The Beacon Council, Miami-Dade County’s official economic development partnership, will hold its annual meeting on Wednesday, October 15, in Coral Gables.
The keynote speaker for the 2014 annual meeting is Doug Parker, chairman and CEO of American Airlines.

Since its creation in 1985, The Beacon Council has helped grow Miami-Dade County, completing more than 1,000 new location and expansion projects. Today, the council continues to advance the community’s objectives through a carefully planned action-oriented agenda developed in collaboration with Miami-Dade government, education, business and civic leaders.
