Gunster Managing Shareholder Bill Perry is a finalist for his work on the Briger tract deal, the largest real estate deal in Palm Beach County in 2013. The deal is fundamental to the continued development of a biotech industry hub in the county.
In late December 2013, Gunster’s real estate team, led by Perry, closed the $127.5 million sale of the Briger Tract, a 607-acre fully entitled parcel in Palm Beach Gardens. Assisting Perry in the transaction were Gunster attorneys Tyrone Bongard, Robert M. Graham and Michael P. Sim.
Top Dealmakers are selected by DBR’s editorial staff from hundreds of nominations and reported transactions, and is based on the size and complexity of the deals. At this event, the DBR will take a look back at a select group of South Florida lawyers, brokers, bankers and executives and the big deals they inspired. Top Dealmakers will be recognized in as many as 16 categories, including retail, housing, international real estate and corporate finance. Last year’s event had more than 250 attendees, according to a DBR flyer.
