The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) Section will hold the 34th annual Legislative & Case Law Update on Friday, August 1, 2014, at the Breakers.

Cristina Papanikos, an associate in Gunster’s Miami office, will present “Select litigation developments: making the unclear clear and the clear unclear,” beginning at 9:25 a.m. William T. Hennessey, a shareholder in Gunster’s West Palm Beach office, will present “Make love, not war … guardianship fraud prevention,” beginning at 10:45 a.m.
The event is part of the RPPTL’s Executive Council meeting being held at the Breakers from July 31 through August 3. The RPPTL Section of The Florida Bar serves the citizens of the state of Florida, the legal community and RPPTL section members with the highest levels of knowledge, experience and commitment to real property, probate and trust law.
