Gunster attorney Mariana Ribeiro will discuss “transfers of individuals on employment-based visas with qualifying same-sex marriages, since spouses should be able to qualify for derivative status” at the GALLA (Gay and Lesbian Lawyers Association) luncheon.
The luncheon is a collaboration between the Miami-Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and GALLA and is tailored for attorneys, judges and legal professionals.
